1. Utilize the Upwork platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with our services.

2. Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape on Upwork.

3. Develop compelling and tailored proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.

4. Nurture leads on Upwork through personalized outreach and follow-up.

5. Engage in proactive communication with clients, ly responding to inquiries.

6. Track and manage leads and opportunities within the Upwork platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

7. Stay informed about industry best practices and Upwork platform updates to adapt strategies and maximize results.

8. Once any lead generated on Upwork is passed to the BDM for conversion.

1. Proven experience and a successful track record in lead generation and client acquisition on Upwork.
