Job Summary
- Position: CRM Intern/CRM Executive
- Location: Noida
- Duration: 6 Months for Interns (with possibility of full-time role)
- Compensation: Up to INR 10k/month for interns, upto 20k/month for Freshers full time
- Future Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a permanent position after 6 months based on performance.
- Work Mode: Flexible (timings & work style as per project requirements)
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Track customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on CRM activities, leads, and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support) to improve customer experience.
- Provide administrative support for CRM projects and documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
