We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 1 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns, specifically on Google and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer acquisition across multiple channels. The Performance Marketer will work closely with the marketing team to setup, measure and optimise ads strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and execute campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

 

• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.

 

• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable insights.

 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.

 

• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new digital marketing technologies and techniques.

 

•Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across various campaigns.

 

•Provide regular reports and analysis to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

 

• 1 to 2 years of experience in successfully running ads on multiple platforms, specifically in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

 

•Expertise in using Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize results.

 

•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics. and other marketing analytics platforms.

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

• Strong organizational skills and attention detail.

 

Inhand Salary: Up-to INR 3.8 LPA

 

Location: Office 1902, 19th Floor, Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
