Corporate Functions Brand Marketing (Require candidates with PG in marketing)  Hands on experience and understanding of Brand Development and Go-To Market Strategy  Proven track record of helping scale up and deliver business metrics through Brand Growth  Independently craft marketing campaigns including ATL, Retail and Digital, working in tandem with external agencies and partners  Be accountable for Brand Development, Positioning and Go-To Market strategy for new as well as existing brands  Anchor new product launches and categorize marketing initiatives  Be the brand custodian for the category, define and drive adherence to the overall brand philosophy and campaign design  Develop and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders by managing their expectations and moving the project/business towards its stated goals  Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns Renewables a. BD Utility Scale (Require candidates with Engineering Degree & PG in Marketing)  Assist in the entire bid management cycle  Develop knowledge of Techno commercial aspects related to Solar, Wind, Storage & Round the Clock Technologies & their integration to enable and aid in the Bid management process  Develop Knowledge of Commercial, Regulatory & Legal aspects of the Bid documents, Power Evacuation (CTU / STU), land and those related to renewables sector and ensure its application in the Bid management process  Develop Knowledge of Tariff Models & utilization of land / power evacuation Regulations etc. to enable and aid in the Bid management process  Establish networking with Govt / RE Nodal agencies / DISCOMS b. Marketing Services – Solar Rooftop (Require candidates with PG in Marketing)  Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends  Assist, coordinate & anchor the influencer & loyalty program  Provide data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate executive decision support  Monitor, track and report progress on key performance matrices of influencer program  Program-manage key initiatives and organize lead generating avenues to onboard influencers as per plan  Manage disbursement of influencers incentive scheme.  Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns  Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts  Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Key Skills Required Key skills required include the following:  Excellent spoken and written communication skills  Public speaking skills  Good organizational and planning skills  Ability to understand customer needs and desires  Creativity, Critical Thinking and problem solving  Knowledge of Digital advertising and Social media management  Good analytical skills  Consumer 1st thinking and ability to bring forth deep consumer insights for complex business problems  Ability to translate complex business and consumer tasks into brand propositions  Well-versed with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)

Master of Marketing Management (M.M.M)

 60% above throughout SSC, HSC, Graduation and PGPM/MBA  The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams)  The applicant should have completed all academic courses (Under Graduation/ Post Graduation) within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g.: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. in 3 year or B.E./ B.
