• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial information
