Job Summary

  • Role Overview:

    Full-time on-site role involving regular travel within the assigned region.

    You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, manage accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

     

     Key Responsibilities:

     Manage and build strong customer relationships in the assigned region.

     Visit customers regularly and submit daily activity reports.

     Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates.

     Understand and capture customer testing requirements.

     Ensure smooth project coordination and timely issue resolution.

     Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

     Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events.

     Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
