Job Summary

  • Role Overview:

    This is a full-time, on-site role that involves regular travel within the assigned region.

    You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers — building strong relationships, generating business opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

     

     Key Responsibilities:

     Build and maintain customer relationships in the assigned region.

     Visit customers regularly and maintain daily activity reports.

     Understand and document customer testing requirements.

     Generate qualified enquiries and ensure conversions.

     Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

     Coordinate for smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.

     Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.

     Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.

     Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
