We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and growing organization.

• Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors for lithium-ion batteries while building long-term, professional relationships.

• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality parameters with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Track inventory levels accurately and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to avoid shortages or delays.

• Support operational planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documentation, reports, and compliance-related records.

• Monitor processes regularly to identify gaps and optimize cost, quality, and turnaround timelines.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as finance, compliance, and operations for seamless execution.

• Analyze data, maintain spreadsheets, and generate basic MIS reports to support decision-making.

• Ideal for candidates who enjoy balancing analytical work with on-ground execution and problem-solving.

• Experience required: 1–2 years in operations, procurement, supply chain, or a related role.

• Location preference: Candidates based in or around Jayanagar, Bangalore.
