Compliance Manager

Role Summary
• Responsible for handling statutory, environmental, and EPR compliance for lithium-ion battery recycling operations.
• Acts as the key liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage regulatory approvals, renewals, and amendments including CFE/CFO, SPCB, CPCB, Hazardous Waste Authorisation, and compliance under Battery Waste Management Rules.
• Handle EPR documentation, agreements, and coordination with OEMs and authorised entities.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, compliance reports, and official correspondence to authorities.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits, and respond to observations, notices, or queries raised by authorities.
• Maintain compliance records, SOPs, and statutory documentation in an organised manner.
• Track regulatory updates and support management with compliance-related inputs and reporting.

Compensation & Eligibility
• Salary: �20,000 per month.
• Freshers and women returning from career breaks are welcome to apply.
