Job Describtion : 

• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and client needs to develop tailored Odoo applications.
• Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and applications, both from scratch and by customizing existing modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-integrated Odoo applications meeting business requirements.
• Perform code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and optimize Odoo application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future updates.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced developers, contributing to team growth.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for existing applications, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices for efficient methodologies.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and progress reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• 1+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
• Strong skills in Python, React.js, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of the Odoo framework & customization (v13+).
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  Qualifications required:
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework, API, and module development.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
