      2. Executive/ Asst Manager: Business Development– Preschools
      Location: Hyderabad
      Experience: 1–3 years in BD/field sales with Preschools/ Schools 
      Industry: EdTech / Early Childhood Services/ K12
      Role Overview:
      We’re looking for a dynamic and driven BD person to spearhead our preschool onboarding 
      efforts in Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role focused on generating leads, meeting 
      preschool decision-makers, and closing partnerships.
      Key Responsibilities:
      * Identify and generate leads of preschools across Hyderabad
      * Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with preschool owners/principals
      * Pitch MRK’s value proposition confidently and convincingly
      * Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders
      * Achieve monthly onboarding and closure targets
      * Provide market feedback to improve offerings and strategy
      Requirements:
      * 1–3 years of experience in field sales, BD, or client-facing roles
      * Excellent communication and presentation skills
      * Strong negotiation and closing abilities
      * Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
      * Familiarity with the Hyderabad preschool ecosystem.
      * Own vehicle for field visits
