      Store Management

      • Opening and closing stock counting and reporting to the Branch Manager.
      • Display the products to admire the customers.

      Customer Care

      • Welcoming the customers and offering them beverages.
      • Attending customers and explaining all the product lines.
      • Getting feedback from the customers.
      • Taking customer orders and giving regular updates to the customers regarding the orders. 
      • Making sure the customer gets a delighted experience.

      Sales

      • Using Up-selling cross-selling techniques to convert the customers to buy.
      • Interact with customers and know their needs.
      • Understand the buying behavior, suggest the most appropriate product.
      • Explain about the product with necessary information.
      • Execute the promotional activities to drive the sales.
      • Achieve daily and monthly sales & Gold Savings Plan targets.
      • Coordinate with marketing team to support marketing activities like exhibitions, mela, canopy etc.,

      Reporting

      • Collecting customer data and reporting to the store manager.
      • Every day meeting with the store manager to improve sales and suggest ideas to improve the same.
