Store Management
- Opening and closing stock counting and reporting to the Branch Manager.
- Display the products to admire the customers.
Customer Care
- Welcoming the customers and offering them beverages.
- Attending customers and explaining all the product lines.
- Getting feedback from the customers.
- Taking customer orders and giving regular updates to the customers regarding the orders.
- Making sure the customer gets a delighted experience.
Sales
- Using Up-selling cross-selling techniques to convert the customers to buy.
- Interact with customers and know their needs.
- Understand the buying behavior, suggest the most appropriate product.
- Explain about the product with necessary information.
- Execute the promotional activities to drive the sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales & Gold Savings Plan targets.
- Coordinate with marketing team to support marketing activities like exhibitions, mela, canopy etc.,
Reporting
- Collecting customer data and reporting to the store manager.
- Every day meeting with the store manager to improve sales and suggest ideas to improve the same.
