The Chennai Mobiles, a premier multi-brand mobile retailer, is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives. You will be the face of our brand, providing "Different Purchasing Experiences" by assisting customers in selecting the latest mobile phones, tablets, and accessories.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phones, technical specifications, and operating systems to educate customers effectively.
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively work toward achieving individual and store-level monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Maximize sales by recommending accessories, protective gear, and value-added services.
- Inventory & Display: Ensure products are well-displayed, clean, and properly stocked according to merchandising guidelines.
- Transaction Management: Handle billing, cash, card payments, and customer inquiries, returns, or complaints professionally.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Document customer interactions and maintain client profiles for follow-ups and promotions.
