      Customer Support Executive – Internship Role

      We are hiring enthusiastic and talented candidates for a 6-Month Internship Opportunity with Teleperformance.

      Job Details

      Employment Type : 6-Month Internship

      Working Days: 5 Days Working

      Week Offs : 2 Rotational Week Offs

      Shift Duration : 9.5 Hours Shift

      Stipend : ₹16,000 per Month

      Shift Timings

      For Female Interns: Any 9.5-hour shift will conclude before 9:30 PM.

      For Male Interns: Any 9.5-hour shift may extend up to 1:00 AM.

      Eligibility Criteria : 

      Handling queries
      Resolving issues
      Maintaining records
      Technical knowledge
      Achieving performance metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction.
      With strong communication skills and consistent performance, individuals can grow into leadership positions

      Good communication skills

      Customer handling ability

      Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs

      Positive attitude and willingness to learn
