Responsibilities:
1. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
2. Gathering market and customer information.
3. Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
4. Develop, review, and report on business development strategy, ensuring that strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
5. Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
6. Develop business plans to drive penetration, revenue growth and brand leadership.
7. Product Portfolio: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, IVR Solutions, Online Marketing Products & Services, Enterprise Solutions and other Cloud products & services.
8. Execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
9. Coordinate with clients for timely feedback including making repeated visits to clients as and when required.
10. Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with Potential clients.
11. Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top-notch direct sales team.
12. Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients.
13. Optimize utilization of funds for visibility, promotions and trade engagement.
14. Continuous improvement in operational quality and high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Should possess deep understanding and work experience in the BD (Sales) of IT & Digital Products & Services
2. Must have experience in direct client acquisition.
3. Good understanding of business processes.
4. Must have hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and strategy.
5. Superior communication both written and verbal (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills.
6. Excellent time and team management skills.
