Job Role : Relationship Officer

Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Core Sales: Drive the sales of Affordable Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Lead Generation: Actively source and generate new business leads through market visits, builder tie-ups, intermediaries (DSAs/Connectors), and direct customer interaction.

• Customer Management: Counsel and guide customers on loan eligibility, product features, documentation requirements, and the loan process.

• Documentation & Process: Ensure timely collection of all required KYC and loan documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick file processing and disbursal.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key channel partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of affordable home loan and LAP products.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter and target oriented.

• Local Market: Strong familiarity with the local market and geographical area.

• Qualification-Graduate.
