HR Role & Responsibility :-

1)Store Level Hiring.

2)Store Level Onboarding and activity / Exit activit

3)Personnel File / Data Management

4)Monthly attendance and level records management

5)Validation of 3p Bills

6)Salary Disbursement Coordination

7)Statutory Compliance Coordination.

8)Employee Benefits Management coordination

9)Store level Training coordination and Documentation.

10)Grievance Escalation

11)Drive Hr Initiatives

12)Manage Notice Board and Coordinate Inspections.

It's 6 days working .

Shift Timing :- 10:00 am to 07:00pm.

Age limit:- Upto 25.

Gender :- Only Female Candidates for HR. For Purchase we can hire Both MALE and FEMALE.

Qualification :- All Graduates(Expect BA / BSC / IT) (23,24,25 pass out candidates).

Stipend :- 17000 + 4500 = 21500 NTH .

*NOTE :- FOR HR WE REQUIRE ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES . FOR ACCOUNTS AND PURCHASE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE IS OKAY. ALSO CANDIDATES AGE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 25*.

We are hiring candidates in NATS (National Apprentice Training Scheme) for 6 Months.Post 06 month performing well will be absorbed by the company.
