Data Entry: Inputting information from paper documents, forms, or digital sources into computer systems.

Data Verification: Checking for accuracy and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.

Administrative Support: Filing documents, maintaining records, and sometimes performing scanning or photocopying.

System Maintenance: Updating records and Generating reports using software like Microsoft Excel

Provide regular and ad-hoc MIS reports to management to support decision-making.

Conduct routine audits and quality checks on product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, E-commerce, IT) to resolve product data issues.

Assist in uploading and managing data within Microsoft Dynamics (if applicable).

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operation.

Typing Speed: High typing speed and accuracy.
