Job Description:

  1. You will be working with different HR functions especially recruitment.
  2. Analyzing the recruitment needs and frames a recruitment strategy.
  3. Frame efficient keywords to source potential candidates, Filter the candidates as per the eligibility based on the requirements.
  4. Hands on experience in using social media and job portals to source, shortlist and hire suitable candidate.
  5. Co-ordinate to conducting Interviews, Negotiate the compensation, regular follow up the shortlisted candidate and to facilitate and ensuring the joining of the candidate.
  6. Assist the joining formalities, background verification and ensure smooth induction of the employee.
  7. Assist the attendance maintenance and payroll process.
  8. Addressing the general grievances of the employees and escalate to the management.
  9. Employee retention and handling exit formalities.
  10. Assisting the management performance appraisal Co-ordinate rewards and recognition, conducting welfare activities as per the Management instructions.
  11. Strong English communication skill to speak, to understand and to write is essential for this role to build rapport with candidates and with the management.
  12. Master degree with human resource education will be preferred for this role.
  13. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention/understanding and grasping.
  14. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.
  15. Active team performer is preferred.
  16. Own the skill & desire to persistently learn new technology.
  17. Be duty-bound to work in day shift timing.
