Mechanical Engineering TraineeFull-time

As a Mechanical Engineering Trainee, you will undergo on-the-job training in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assisting senior engineers with various tasks in production, operations, or warehousing to gain practical experience and develop core engineering skills. This role is designed for recent graduates to learn about manufacturing processes and contribute to daily operations under guidance. 

Key responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing operations: Support daily activities on the production floor, in assembly lines, or in other operational areas.
• Learn and apply engineering principles: Develop and refine your understanding of mechanical engineering concepts through hands-on work and mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Documentation and reporting: Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and production logs.
• Quality and safety assurance: Help ensure that all production and operational tasks are carried out according to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintenance support: Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery as directed.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production staff, quality assurance, and senior engineers, to meet production goals. 

Qualifications and requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong academic record with no active backlogs.
• Familiarity with foundational mechanical engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
