Job Summary
- Assist in Production: Support daily operations on the assembly line, including powertrain, body shop, and trim and chassis departments.
- Learn Quality Control: Help perform inspections of components and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards. Document quality issues and assist in root cause analysis.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering: Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes for efficiency and safety. Participate in the implementation of new equipment and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers and manufacturing staff, to ensure smooth project execution and problem resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical documents, progress reports, and quality logs as directed by supervisors.
- Safety and Regulations: Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Development: Actively engage in training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
