Job description

Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux fundamentals/Advanced)

Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls, ports, ping, traceroute).

Familiarity with Databases (Oracle or any other RDBMS).

Awareness of enterprise applications and their layered architecture.

Good grasp of ITIL concepts (incident, change, problem management even at a high level).

Exposure to or understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python – optional but valuable).

Logical thinking and basic troubleshooting mindset.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Understanding of cloud computing concepts.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of SAP architecture and trained SAP Basis administration.
