Job Description – MIS Executive (Sales - Modern Trade & E-Commerce)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Objective:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for accurate, timely, and actionable data reporting., supporting sales performance tracking and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Performance MIS

-Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports for MT and E/Q Commerce

-Track targets vs achievements and growth trends

2.E-Commerce / Quick Commerce MIS

-Maintain MIS for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket

-Track orders, dispatch, cancellations, returns, and stock availability

3.Modern Trade MIS

-Prepare chain-wise and store-wise MIS

-Track secondary sales, stock, expiry, and replenishment

4.Data Analysis & Insights

-Identify trends, gaps, and underperforming SKUs

-Share actionable insights with management

5. Excel & Dashboard Management

-Create advanced Excel trackers and dashboards

-Automate reports and ensure data accuracy

6. Coordination & Support

-Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounts

-Prepare ad-hoc reports and MIS documentation

Skills & Competencies:

-Strong Advanced Excel knowledge

-Analytical and detail-oriented

-Good communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

-Graduate (Any discipline)

- 0–2 years experience (strong Excel skills can apply)
