Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, or related fields – BZC/BSC).

Freshers or candidates with up to 1-year experience can apply.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Production Executives / Operators:

Operate and monitor food processing machinery.

Ensure production targets are met with quality and safety compliance.

Maintain hygiene standards and follow SOPs.

Report production issues and assist in troubleshooting.

Packing Supervisors:

Supervise packing operations and ensure correct labeling and packaging standards.

Maintain packing line efficiency and productivity.

Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

Manage and train packing operators.

Quality Executive:

Conduct inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Ensure sampling, testing, and documentation as per QA/QC protocols.

Maintain and verify batch records, quality reports, and calibration logs.

Support internal audits and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.

Implement and ensure compliance with company’s food safety systems.

Assist in product shelf-life studies and new product quality validation.

Dispatch Executives:

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods.

Prepare delivery documents and maintain records.

Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.

Ensure compliance with packaging and transportation standards.

Stores Executives:

Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Maintain stock records, perform periodic stock audits.

Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.

Ensure proper storage conditions and minimize wastage.

Key Skills:

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic knowledge of food processing/production operations is a plus.

Ability to work in a team and under supervision.

Basic computer knowledge

Strong observation and analytical skills.
