Job Summary

  • Profile : Server Engineer L1

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor server and system health using established tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
    • Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows/Linux server issues.
    • Provide support for hardware-related incidents including disk failures, power issues, etc.
    • Install and configure server components under supervision.
    • Respond to service tickets in a timely manner using the ITSM/ticketing system.
    • Assist with server backups and restore operations.
    • Maintain inventory records of server equipment and data centre assets.
    • Document procedures, issues, and resolutions.
    • Support patching and firmware update activities during maintenance windows.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

    Qualification: Any IT Graduate
