Job Summary

  • Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
    • Communicate with customers, explain solutions, and handle objections.
    • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
    • Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline and follow structured sales processes.
    • Coordinate with vendors for solutions, pricing, and commercials.
    • Work with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and track timely payments.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Strong communication skills (mandatory).
    • High interest in building a long-term career in sales (very important).
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
    • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English is essential.

    Growth Path

    Candidates will first work as Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
    Based on performance and potential, they will be promoted to advanced sales roles with higher responsibility.

    Location: Andheri – Saki Naka, Mumbai
    Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates
    Stipend: 10,000 – 15,000 for minimum 3 months + Incentives
    After Stipend Salary: 2.82 LPA – 3.50 LPA (based on performance) + Incentives
    Note: Stipend duration may be extended if performance needs improvement.
    Mode: Completely Work from Office (interviews also at office)
