Profile : Desktop Support Engineer L1
Roles & Responsibility :
1. End user Computing operation including all L1 support for hardware, software, VC devices, access control devices, Printer/Scanner & network devices.
2. Desktop/Laptop provisioning, Commissioning, replacement, and reissue.
3. IT Service desk operation (Incident Management, Service Desk, problem management).
4. IT Asset Inventory Management with Asset verification.
5. Vendor Management for hardware and software’s.
6. Windows security patch management at end nodes.
7. Expert in Profile Management and Outlook configuration.
8. MS-365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Mobile device management support and troubleshooting.
9. L1 network support.
10. Sophos Firewall Administration.
11. Active Directory and User Access Management (Domain & Email ID provisioning).
12. Optimize performance issue of Hardware devices (Desktop/Laptop etc.).
13. Troubleshooting of Hardware & Standard software’s.
14. Support tools such as antivirus, browser, VPN software etc.
15. Backup Provisioning for Laptops & Desktop.
16. IT Security and compliance at end nodes.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Job Location : Andheri, Saki Naka
TOTAL Experience: Between 1-2 Years experience
Salary: As per industry standards.
Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
