A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Sun Direct TV (primarily in Chennai) is responsible for assisting in technical operations, maintenance, and IT support, including monitoring satellite broadcasting systems and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing reports, shadowing senior staff, and adhering to safety protocols.

Roles:

Technical Support & Maintenance: Assisting in the maintenance of broadcasting equipment, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
Operations Monitoring: Observing and maintaining satellite communication systems and signal quality.
Project Assistance: Supporting senior staff with technical projects, data analysis, and report generation.
Process Compliance: Following company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Reporting: Documenting and sharing findings with supervisors and stakeholders.
Skills: Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and basic technical knowledge.
