      Hiring: Customer Support Consultant (Calling Role)

      Location: Chennai

      • We’re hiring candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience for a high-volume calling role.
      • You’ll be making high volume calling daily to users who’ve posted leads
      • Handling customer queries & updating details in CRM
      • Following structured scripts and processes

      What we need:

      • Experience Required : 6 months – 1 year experience in customer support / telecalling
      • Strong communication skills
      • Languages Known: English, Hindi , Tamil
      • Comfortable with high-volume calling & targets
      • Immediate joiners preferred.

      Candidates who have taken TCS iON NPT Business Development Management or TCS iON NPT - Customer Relationship Management will be given preference.
