Job Overview

We’re Hiring AI/ML Freshers ProManage.biz - Chennai

What we’re looking for:

- Strong academic pedigree (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred)

- Minimum CGPA: 8.0 or equivalent academic performance

- Engineering graduates (any stream)

- Solid Python fundamentals (you should be able to code, not just talk)

- Clear understanding of ML basics + GenAI concepts

Experience Criteria:

- Freshers preferred

- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in AI/ML or Python-related roles/internships can be considered only if they have strong hands-on experience

Strong advantage:

- AI/ML or Python internships

- Hands-on projects (GitHub > certificates)

- Exposure to real datasets / problem-solving

Don’t apply if:

- You’ve only completed courses without building anything

- You can’t explain your own projects

- You’re expecting a slow-paced training environment
