Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products or services within Marathi or Gujarati-speaking markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends specific to Marathi or Gujarati-speaking regions.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry-related events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in Marathi or Gujarati language.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized marketing materials and targeting the Marathi or Gujarati-speaking audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer queries effectively.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market feedback, to the sales manager.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient responses to inquiries and issues.
