Qualification and Skills:
.12th pass
.Previous experienced in an international customer service role is preferred minimum
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
.Strong problem-solving and decision- making abilities.
.Ability to handle stressful situation and difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
.Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and customer documentation
