Job Description for Telecallers

 

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify candidates and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

 

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential  candidates  as per the data shared & using script provided.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to generate interest.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
• Contribute to a positive  & collaborative work environment.
• On a daily basis minimum 80 connects to be established.
• Minimum 10 Interested & Minimum 2 to 3 Walkin planned at the Centre.

 

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication in English & Hindi mandatory.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
• Proficient in computers.
• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.
• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable.
