      A leading HRMS product company is looking for fresh engineering graduates to join as Trainee Engineers Implementation.

      The organization is a Chennai-based HR software product company and HRMS solution provider with over 15+ years of experience, serving 500+ clients and supporting 3,00,000+ users across India.

      Role & responsibilities

      This role is ideal for freshers who are keen to build a career in enterprise software implementation and HR Tech domain.

      Selected candidates will undergo structured training followed by hands-on exposure to real-time client implementations.

      Training & Evaluation Process

      · 3-month structured training program

      · Monthly performance assessments

      · Candidates who demonstrate consistent learning and performance will continue into full-time roles

      · This is a performance-driven opportunity with clear growth path

      Key Responsibilities

      · Learn and understand the HRMS product and its modules

      · Assist in client implementation and system configuration

      · Work on data handling, setup, and onboarding activities

      · Coordinate with internal teams and clients

      · Provide initial-level support during implementation

      Eligibility Criteria

      · BE / B.Tech (Any Engineering discipline)

      · Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

      · Strong interest in software / product-based roles

      · Good analytical ability and learning mindset

      Compensation & Career Progression

      · ₹18,000 per month fixed stipend during the 3-month training period

      · Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed into full-time roles

      · One-year probation period post confirmation

      · Eligible for performance appraisal as per company policy after probation
