Job Summary:

Our company is in need of trainees for eBook production, InDesign composition, proofreading, and quality-checking processes to work on day-to-day production activities based on the project's needs. We are looking for individuals who have basic computer skills and the ability to understand and adopt processes to enhance their skill sets more quickly. Candidates should possess nominal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in different time zones (only if needed). We will provide training for the respective processes, and the capable person will move into the production process after successfully completing the training.

Process Analyst (Quality Check) Responsibilities:

  • Analyze projects and discuss them with production heads.
  • Ensure quality checking processes align with project needs.
  • Follow all client-specific instructions.
  • Check for consistency in text and styles.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Have a thorough understanding of client guidelines and update them periodically.
  • Ensure no errors occur in the final stage.
  • Verify quality before uploading files to Dropbox.
  • Address any production issues ly and inform the production head.
  • Enter production details on a daily basis without fail.
  • Ensure adherence to project-specific instructions when working on specific projects.
  • Work Timings:

    9.30am to 6.30pm (Mon-Fri)

    9:30am to 1.30pm (Sat)

     

    Working Days:

    Monday to Saturday

    3rd Saturday & Sunday (Off)
