We are looking for a highly motivated, recent Computer Science or IT graduate to join our engineering team. In this role, you will undergo training and work alongside senior engineers to develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.

Key Responsibilities : Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on technical specifications and design guidelines.
Testing & Debugging: Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects and issues.
Maintenance: Help maintain and upgrade existing applications and backend APIs.
Collaboration: Participate in technical planning, daily stand-ups, and design reviews with the engineering team.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, and code comments.
Learning & Upskilling: Actively participate in training programs to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
Essential Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information
Technology.Core Programming: Basic understanding of at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
Computer Science Fundamentals: Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA).
Databases: Foundational knowledge of relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.Soft
Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
