Position Summary:

Seeking an candidates in managing and troubleshooting complex DWDM Optical Networks. The role involves network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization on Ciena platforms (OME6500, Waveserver, RLS). Hands-on experience with OSA, SDH Analyzer, and Ethernet testers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, commissioning, and testing of Ciena DWDM equipment in greenfield and in-service environments.
• Execute network migrations, channel adds, node insertions, and hardware/software upgrades with zero downtime.
• Create and execute complex MOPs and Acceptance Test Plans.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during deployments and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery and network stability.

• Strong DWDM/Optical network troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work across geographies and time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience:

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in EXTC, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven experience in DWDM network deployment, planning, and migration (Ciena preferred).
