Position Overview

Job Title: Field Engineer Trainee & Technician Trainee

Location: Pan-India (Field Site Job)

Openings: 50+ (Freshers Required)

Education: BE / B.Tech / ITI / Diploma

Eligible Branches: ECE, CS, IT, Electrical, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary (B.Tech/BE): ₹15,500 per month

Salary (Diploma/ITI): ₹14,000 per month

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Travel Allowance: Provided separately on a weekly basis (as per actual claim)

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and resolve service impacts to the network due to installation or site maintenance
activities.
Configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network technologies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of TCP/IP data networks using standards: DWDM, MPLS, ISIS, OSPF, BGP4, STP.
Handle GBT, GBM, Monopole, RTP & RTT for installing, replacing, and configuration.
Perform field tasks including Bypassing, Patching, and making connectors.
Execute AT 6 and ensure timely Alarm Clearance.
