    Join STCS as an Field Engineer (Telecom)

    Experience: Freshers Welcome

    Eligibility

    Education: BE / B.Tech / BCA / Diploma / ITI 

    Branches: ECE, CSE, IT

    Requirement: Own Laptop & Dongle

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in installation, configuration & maintenance of telecom equipment
    • Conduct site surveys, fiber patching & connector making
    • Work on GBT, GBM, Monopole, RTP & RTT, testing & commissioning
    • Clear alarms (AT6) & coordinate with network teams for troubleshooting
    • Maintain accurate documentation & daily activity reporting
    • Travel to field locations as per project needs

    Desired Skills

    • Basic knowledge of telecom networks (TCP/IP, DWDM, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
    • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
    • Effective communication & teamwork
    • Willingness to travel and work on-site

    Compensation

    ₹20,000/-month – Diploma / ITI 

    ₹25,000/-month – Graduate

    Accommodation: Provided

    Travel Allowance: Weekly reimbursement
