Join STCS as an Field Engineer (Telecom)
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Eligibility
Education: BE / B.Tech / BCA / Diploma / ITI
Branches: ECE, CSE, IT
Requirement: Own Laptop & Dongle
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, configuration & maintenance of telecom equipment
- Conduct site surveys, fiber patching & connector making
- Work on GBT, GBM, Monopole, RTP & RTT, testing & commissioning
- Clear alarms (AT6) & coordinate with network teams for troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation & daily activity reporting
- Travel to field locations as per project needs
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of telecom networks (TCP/IP, DWDM, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Effective communication & teamwork
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
Compensation
₹20,000/-month – Diploma / ITI
₹25,000/-month – Graduate
Accommodation: Provided
Travel Allowance: Weekly reimbursement
