  • Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Screen resumes and prospects, shortlist and interview.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews (via phone, video or direct interviews)
  • Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.
  • Job postings on job sites, social media.
  • Maintain and timely update of Recruitment MIS
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.

  • The ability to conduct interviews/ Walk -in drives/ Campus Hiring.
  • Familiarity with multiple job boards and social media websites.
  • Should have good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
