Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy candidates from a BCA/B.Tech In Computer Science with hands-on experience in CRM tools and sales-related software to join our growing tourism organization. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage customer relationships, and help drive business growth through efficient use of digital sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update customer data using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and maintain dashboards
• Handle inquiries from customers, travel agents, and partners professionally
• Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve sales strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications
• B.Tech degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in a Tourism Organization / Travel Industry preferred
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Experience with booking engines, travel ERP, or tour management systems
• Knowledge of domestic & international travel products
• Exposure to digital marketing tools is an added advantage
