Stipend & Training Details

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during training

• Training Period: 6 months

• Post-Training: Based on performance, candidates will be converted to full-time employment after successful completion of training

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join us as CRM & IT - Trainee. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in learning CRM systems, Microsoft O365 tools, basic IT support, and sales-related software. Hands-on training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)

• Support lead management, data updates, and report generation

• Help users with basic CRM queries and access issues

• Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation

• Assist in managing Microsoft O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

• Support creation of email IDs, user access, and groups

• Provide basic IT support for laptops, systems, and office software

• Coordinate with vendors for basic IT requirements

• Maintain software access records and asset details

• Support internal teams with day-to-day system issues

• Learn and follow IT and data security best practices

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

• Any graduate with interest in IT systems and CRM tools

• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn

• Good communication and coordination skills
