      As an HR Intern at Seawind Solutions, you will support the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for an aspiring HR professional looking to gain foundational knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations

      Key Responsibilities

      • Recruitment Support: Post job openings on social media and job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
      • Onboarding: Assist in conducting employee onboarding and orientations to welcome new hires.
      • Data Management: Update and maintain employee records and database systems accurately.
      • HR Administration: Assist with payroll information gathering (leaves, hours) and distribute company policy documents.
      • Employee Relations: Support HR staff in organizing internal team-building events and enhancing employee engagement.
      • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
