Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project documents, trackers, and reports

Support project managers in tracking tasks, timelines, and action items

Follow up with team members to gather updates and ensure deadlines are met

Assist in preparing status reports and presentations

Ensure teams are using standard templates and adhering to defined processes

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA degree (or relevant postgraduate qualification)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively

Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn

A team player comfortable with coordination and follow-ups

We are looking for MBA graduates (2025 pass-outs) with no backlogs and a minimum of 7+ CGPA. The offered package is 6.5 LPA.
