We are looking for a back-end developer/engineer who will primarily work in PHP, Python, C++, Java, Scala, and Ruby. The selected candidate must have in-depth knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining functional and stable web applications. Familiarity with JavaScript, AWS, Git, or MongoDB is an advantage to succeeding quickly in this role. Excellent programming skills and the appetite for developing innovative applications will make the candidate the right choice for us Dashboard knowledge and relevant data required for MIS should be known to design as per various Departments requirements.

 

- Develop server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end applications and integrate the elements

- Write reusable code and tests, build prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and check bottlenecks

- Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop users

- Optimize applications for better performance and scalability

- Ensure business needs with automated tests

 

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or any alternative computer programming training

- At least 3-4+ years’ experience working in back-end development

- Proficiency in back-end programming languages, including Primary PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, etc.

- A clear understanding of server-side CSS processors, like LESS, SASS

- Knowledge of primary front-end technologies and platforms, like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS

- Experience with database integration, hosting environment management, and scaling

- Familiarity in core AWS web-enabling technologies

- Technical and user experience to troubleshoot problems in the team and for clients

- Experience designing RESTful APIs

- Organizational and project management skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
