Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Manager to join our team in Chennai In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the entire human resources lifecycle. You will assist our HR and recruitment teams in daily operational tasks, talent acquisition, and employee engagement

Talent Acquisition Support:Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.

Post and manage job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Screen candidate resumes, shortlist applications, and schedule technical and HR interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.

Onboarding & Induction:Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork and documentation for new hires.

Help coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a welcoming experience for fresh talent.

HR Operations & Database Management:Update and maintain accurate employee records and internal databases.

Handle HR documentation, personnel files, and assist with data entry.

Employee Engagement & Communication:Support the team in organizing company events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.

Assist in addressing basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
