Mandatory Skills for Analog Layout Designer:

• Expertise in Analog Circuit Design: Ability to design, develop, and optimize analog circuits for various applications.
• Strong Knowledge of Circuit Analysis: Deep understanding of electrical principles, including signal integrity, power management, and noise reduction.
• Simulation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard simulation tools such as SPICE, LTspice, or Cadence for validating circuit performance.
• PCB Design & Layout: Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and best practices for component placement, routing, and thermal management.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve circuit-related issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and technical specifications.
