Job Overview

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced accountant with hands-on exposure to factory accounts, local statutory compliance, and import/export documentation. Candidates from the manufacturing sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day factory accounting, ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as per local laws.
• Maintain inventory accounting, costing, and stock records.
• Prepare and manage import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, LC, Customs papers).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and vendors for shipment processes.
• Support audits, MIS reporting, and vendor payments.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of factory accounts & compliance
• Mandatory experience in import/export documentation
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
• Good analytical and communication skills

Key details of the hiring requirement:

Factory Location: Chakan Industrial Area, Taluka Khed, District Pune

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Qualification: M.com or B.com or CA Inter

Experience Required : Two to Three years experience in Handling Factory accounts locally, so that he will be familiar with local laws. Import/export documentation
