      The Sales Executive is responsible for selling KIA vehicles, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes handling customer inquiries, presenting product features, arranging test drives, managing documentation, and coordinating vehicle delivery. The Sales Executive must maintain strong product knowledge, build customer relationships, and follow dealership processes to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

      =� Sales & Target Achievement

      • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership.

      • Identify potential customers through field activities, inquiry follow-ups, referrals, and showroom walk-ins.

      • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and sales funnel for conversions.

      =� Customer Handling

      • Greet and engage customers professionally to understand their vehicle requirements.

      • Present product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options.

      • Conduct test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.

      • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

      =� Product Knowledge

      • Maintain complete knowledge of all KIA vehicle models, variants, pricing, specifications, competitors, and updates.

      • Participate in product training and skill development programs.

      =� Documentation & Process Compliance

      • Ensure accurate documentation for bookings, finance processing, insurance, and registration.

      • Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Delivery and Service departments till the vehicle handover.

      =� Market & Competitor Awareness

      • Stay updated on competitors’ offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

      • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

      • Minimum: 12th Pass or Diploma (Graduation Preferred).

      • Experience: 1–3 years in Automobile Sales (Freshers with excellent skills may be considered).

      • Two-wheeler mandatory; four-wheeler license preferred.

      • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
